The President is both head of state and government. Benin is generally hot and humid with very minimal amount of rainfall. The city of Cotonou is the largest and the commercial hub of Benin.

Usage of credit cards and ATM's in Berlin are a risk due to some fraud people in the country. As a result the visitors should assure their safety wherever they go. Even the medical facilities in Berlin are limited and every useful medicine is not available here.
